Umdah Dry Fruits is an online dry fruit store operating from Lahore, Pakistan. We sell products displayed in the current catalogue and provide delivery options according to product availability and destination.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not complete the order.

Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to the cart or submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after required payment or confirmation steps are completed and Umdah confirms that the item and delivery arrangement are available.

We may contact you to clarify a pack size, address, recipient detail, payment or delivery timing. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, the destination cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be handled under the applicable refund process.

Products and natural variation

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Dry fruits, nuts, dates, seeds and other natural products can vary in colour, shape, size, texture and appearance by variety, harvest, origin and season.

Product images help identify the item and presentation but screen settings and natural variation mean they cannot guarantee an identical visual match. The product title, selected variation, pack information and confirmed order details form the basis of the order.

Customers with allergies or dietary concerns should contact us before ordering. Our catalogue may include nuts, seeds and other allergens, and we do not promise an allergen-free handling environment unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Prices, payment and availability

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Dry fruit prices may change with origin, grade, season and imported stock. The amount displayed for the selected option at checkout is the applicable product price, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error.

Available payment methods and delivery charges are shown or confirmed during checkout or order processing. Customers must provide accurate payment information and complete any verification required by the payment provider.

Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible Lahore orders, subject to stock, preparation needs, order time, destination and rider availability. Delivery elsewhere in Pakistan depends on the product and destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays result from traffic, weather, address problems, recipient availability, courier operations, public restrictions or events outside reasonable control. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, delivery and recipient information. You must review the product, pack size, quantity, price and delivery details before confirming an order.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with store operation or use website content in a way that violates applicable rights or law.

Limits and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Umdah is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. We remain responsible where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that apply under relevant law. Product and service concerns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version. Changes apply from publication and do not rewrite terms already agreed for a completed order unless required by law.
