Delivery across Lahore

Umdah provides delivery to supported areas across Lahore. Availability depends on the destination, current stock, order size, preparation needs and rider capacity.

Use our Delivery Areas in Lahore guide for area information. If an address is near the service boundary or difficult to identify, contact us before placing an urgent order.

Same-day Lahore orders

Urgent same-day delivery may be possible for eligible Lahore orders. It is confirmed only after we check the product, quantity, preparation time, delivery area and required timing.

Delivery outside Lahore

Delivery to other destinations in Pakistan depends on the product and destination. Some food items or gift presentations may not be suitable for every route or courier service.

Available options and estimates are confirmed for the order. Same-day service does not apply outside eligible Lahore deliveries unless Umdah expressly confirms otherwise.

Delivery charges and estimates

Any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout or confirmed before the order is finalized. Charges may vary by destination, distance, order requirements and delivery method.

Delivery timing is an estimate unless a specific commitment is expressly confirmed. Please order early where timing is important.

Address and recipient information

Customers must provide a complete delivery address, active phone number, recipient name and any access instructions needed to locate the destination. Please check apartment, floor, gate, block, landmark and area information before confirming the order.

We may contact the customer or recipient to coordinate delivery. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delay, failed delivery or additional charges.

Delivery attempts and recipient availability

The recipient should be available and reachable during the expected delivery period. Where a rider cannot reach the recipient, access the location or safely leave the order, the delivery may be returned or held while we contact the customer.

Redelivery may require an additional charge where the first attempt failed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused access or another circumstance outside Umdah’s control.

Delays and events outside our control

Traffic, weather, road closures, security restrictions, public events, courier operations, recipient availability and other unexpected conditions can affect delivery. We will try to communicate a material delay when practical.

If a verified failure is caused by Umdah or the delivery arrangement we selected, contact us so we can review the appropriate remedy under the Refund & Returns Policy.

Gift and surprise deliveries

For a gift order, provide accurate recipient details and consider whether the recipient can be contacted without spoiling the surprise. Delivery still requires sufficient access and a person able to receive the order.

Presentation-led products are handled carefully, but minor movement can occur during transport. Report material damage promptly with photographs.
